Practice Guideline

210 minutes weekly or 30 minutes a day are the minimum for improvement and success.

Ø      7-8 minutes: warm-up with scales and etudes with various bowings.

Ø      7-8 minutes: review old repertoire

Ø      15 minutes: new assignments/repertoire

This is a very efficient method and renders good results with minimal time. Daily practicing of shorter duration is often better than scattered long “marathon” practicing.
