Halloween Parade Watson Williams Elementary School staff, students and families fall into formation for the annual Halloween Parade to the Loretto Home. Neighbors along the well-worn route were treated to the sight of ghouls, goblins and superheroes. This community outreach is inspiration and pure fun for everyone.
