MLK Senior Walk 2025

MLK Welcomes Proctor Seniors

On May 21st, Proctor High School seniors returned to Martin Luther King Elementary to take a walk down memory lane where their educational journeys first began.

Principal Sikora and the MLK student council welcomed the seniors to the library for a special welcome breakfast. The seniors and student council had the opportunity to chat about how different things look at MLK, and what being a senior is like.

Chants and cheers filled the halls as the seniors walked side by side with a paired student council host. The kindergarten wing stole the show as they chanted, “You are a star! You are a star! You are a star!” making the seniors beam with pride as they passed by.

Teachers and staff greeted the seniors with warm hugs, high fives, and some even had nostalgic old class photos ready!

The visit was a day that the seniors and teachers will always remember, and a celebration of how far these students have come.

Congratulations, Class of 2025! We look forward to continuing to watch you grow as you step into your next chapters.
