Highlights and Photos

Inspection Day

On November 20, Proctor High School’s NJROTC Program completed its annual inspection facilitated by CDR Miller, the area four manager for all 63 NJROTC Units in the Northeast. Cadets were evaluated on items such as uniforms and equipment, followed by a ceremony where several students were promoted and some received Exemplary Personal Appearance Ribbons for outstanding uniforms. The ceremony included words from Miller, Master Chief Mark Williamson, Utica CSD Superintendent Bruce Karam and Proctor High School's Principal Gifford, as well as several impressive demonstrations by the cadets. We are continuously proud of the hard work, dedication and skill exhibited by Proctor’s NJROTC Program.

Proctor Park Clean Up

In October, 130 Proctor NJROTC cadets gathered to continue their work of beautifying Proctor Park. The students cleaned the area around Starch Factory Creek on Culver Ave as well as planted over 3,000 Daffodil, Tulip and other perennial flower bulbs.
