We are proud to celebrate the accomplishments of Proctor High School students who were awarded scholarships through the Utica Dollars for Scholars program, part of the national Scholarship America network. This locally run, volunteer-driven nonprofit has awarded over $2 million in scholarships to more than 2,200 students since its founding in 1994.
This year’s recipients from Proctor were selected for their academic excellence, leadership, and community service. While each student’s award is unique, together they represent the strength and promise of the Class of 2025. Dollars for Scholars helps open doors to higher education for students across Oneida County, and we are honored to have so many of our scholars recognized.
Congratulations to all recipients. Thank you to the volunteers, sponsors, and nominators who make this program possible.
