Hilda's assembly presentations focused on the Everyone EATS model: 

HMJ Consulting is building a system for student empowerment that helps each student make progress on the path to sustainable success following the four EATS Pillars of change.

Empowerment: Motivational assemblies expose students to diverse success stories, and focus groups to open up communications between students and administration

Accessibility: Increasing awareness and access to resources through a centralized directory of community events, programs, and organizations

Tools: Training and tracking of developmental goals through college-readiness and application coaching.

Sustainability:  Developing regional coalitions to develop a diverse and equitable cradle-to-career pipeline.

Following the Assemblies, HMJ hosted a luncheon for a smaller group of 30 DMS top achieving students.  

Student Empowerment Days

Each school is receiving motivational storytelling from Uticans like them. Select students had the opportunity to join a catered lunch where they shared their aspirations and expectations for support from teachers, staff, and administrations

HMJ is recruiting those 30 DMS top achieving students to participate in Elite Scholar Engagement programming.
