Annual College and Career Fair at Proctor High School Empowers 11 and 12 Graders
The Utica City School District recently hosted its Annual College and Career Fair for students in 11 and 12 grade, offering a comprehensive look at post-secondary options and career pathways. This year’s event featured over 85 vendors, including 24 colleges and 61 business partners, providing 1400 students with valuable information and resources to plan for their futures.
Students had the opportunity to explore a wide variety of careers, ask questions about college programs, and connect with representatives from different industries. The fair aimed to inspire informed decision-making, encourage professional growth, and help students envision potential pathways after high school.
By engaging directly with experts and educational institutions, students left the event with a better understanding of the opportunities available to them, as well as actionable steps to pursue their academic and career goals.
