Proctor High School CTE

CTE Pathways
Utica CSD has implemented a K–12 systematic approach to career development. Students are introduced to CTE pathways early through STEM kits, project-based learning, coding carts, and career connected learning. Middle school students explore career clusters through integrated modules in family and consumer science and technology classes, focusing on agri-tech, health professions, skilled trades, and advanced manufacturing. These experiences, along with a 9th grade exploratory course, are aligned with high school CTE options to ensure students are well-prepared to choose a pathway by the end of 9th grade.
